Sharing From a Full Cup: Reflections on Energy and Authenticity

Hi there and welcome to my little corner! Thank you for being here. I’ve had a WordPress space for a while now, but I don’t post daily, and I’m still learning what actually helps people find what I share. I’ve realized that I’m much more of a conversationalist than a constant broadcaster, and sometimes online sharing can feel like talking into the void. So instead of forcing consistency for the sake of visibility, I’m choosing to share my thoughts from a more honest place,  as reflections offered when they feel ready, not rushed.

Being an introvert isn’t just about needing physical space. For me, it’s about energy in its entirety, how it’s gathered, protected, and exchanged. There’s a lot of advice that encourages people to write, post, and share constantly, even when you don’t feel like it, all in service of the algorithm. I understand the strategy, but it feels disingenuous to share energy I don’t actually have. I’ve learned that words carry weight, and offering them without presence creates an exchange that doesn’t feel aligned for me or for those receiving it.

I move through the world guided by heart, spirit, and mind, and I choose to share from a full cup. I know what it feels like to give from an empty one, to show up depleted, hoping to be seen or understood. That kind of sharing may feel relatable, but it’s not the kind of connection I’m here to cultivate. I’m more interested in resonance than reach, depth over volume.

Maybe this approach won’t make me popular, but popularity has quietly become a kind of addiction in our culture. It’s easy to chase visibility while slowly losing yourself in the process. I don’t want to trade authenticity for attention. Instead, I’m trusting that when I share from wholeness, the right people will find me,  not because of an algorithm, but because they’ll feel the frequency.

You deserve to be relatable to healthy energy. That was a lesson I had to learn in my darkest seasons. It didn’t erase my trials or tribulations, but it helped me place them in the past, learn from them, and move forward with more love and reverence.

So this is me, sharing when it’s true, not just when it’s expected, and trusting the process as it unfolds. If you do get to read this, hit the like so I know you came through✨

My work lives across a few intentional spaces.

Through the BTWN LVRS podcast, I explore healing, love, emotional patterns, and self-understanding through honest conversation and reflection.

I also write on my Substack, where I share slower, more contemplative pieces — musings meant to be read without rushing or performance.

Each space is an extension of the same intention: to speak from wholeness, honor emotional truth, and create room for meaningful connection.

Conversations for the heart, mind, and soul

Thoughtful writing, sacred dialogue, and grounded guidance for people ready to live with clarity, connection, and truth.

From the mind & heart of Tee

This is BTWNLVRS.

A quiet space for thoughtful conversation, reflection, and remembering.

Not content created for noise or speed, but writing offered for those drawn toward clarity, honesty, and deeper connection with themselves and others.

Here, words are treated with care.

They are not rushed.

They are not optimized for outrage or performance.

They are meant to be read slowly, felt deeply, and returned to when something inside you stirs.

This space holds essays, reflections, and sacred dialogue that explore emotional truth, love, healing, spirituality, and the lived experience of being human. The writing is grounded and intimate, shaped by curiosity rather than certainty, and guided by the belief that understanding often arrives through listening, not fixing.

BTWNLVRS exists for those no longer interested in surface answers or productivity-driven healing. For those who are discerning, reflective, and willing to sit with complexity rather than rush toward conclusions. For people who know that growth is not always loud, and clarity does not always come quickly.

Some pieces will feel like conversation.

Some will feel like mirrors.

Some may ask more questions than they answer.

All are offered with care.

If you are here, you are not late, behind, or broken. You are likely listening more closely now. This space honors that moment.

Welcome.

— Tee
